Knights Lodge is a beautiful and well constructed complex featuring 54 apartments. The reception is staffed 24hours per day by reception staff and night security.

The popular Irish bar is at the rear of the building (accessed from the road) offering daily entertainment, drinks and good food.
Apartment maintenance fees (currently 575 euros/year) which cover costs such as staff wages, cleaning, communal electric bills etc have been paid for 2011 as have the management fees. The manager takes care of this apartment in the owners absence, checking on guests, adjusting heating during quiet times, paying electricity bills on the owners behalf etc.
Many apartment owners from Knights Lodge are in contact with each other via email and a private owners forum. Potential guests are passed to other owners if they cannot accommodate them which helps to increase rental income.
